Users are able to edit or delete the details of a Substitute visit. Follow the steps below to edit or delete a staff visit:
There are two areas where users can edit or delete a Substitute visit:
- Users can navigate to the Staff page and choose the Visit History tab. In the Actions column, users will be able to edit/delete a visit by clicking the ellipsis.
- Users can navigate to the Staff page and click on a substitute profile to view individual details. There is a Visit History table with an Actions column where users can edit/delete a visit by clicking the ellipsis.
When the ellipsis is clicked it has two options:

Edit: This will allow the user to update the check-in and check-out times. The teacher who was substituted can also be edited.
Note: the check-out time can’t be before the check-in time.
- Delete: This will ask for a confirmation before removing the visit. This action cannot be undone.
