Users can set up certain reports to be automatically emailed to them.
To schedule an email report:
Step 1: From the side panel, a user can select to edit their profile.
Step 2: Navigate to the Report Email Settings tab. Here, users will find two new report options available: Staff Report and Substitute Report.
Step 3: Report options can be toggled on/off.
Step 4: When an option is toggled on there will be 2 options:
Building(s) to include in the report
Step 5: Any reports toggled on will be emailed to the user based on their frequency. The report will be an XLSX attachment.
