From the Reports page under Staff, a user is able to select a timeframe and location to view different statistics in order to get a more granular report. The user is able to then export an XLSX file from the Staff reports.
3 statistics are available based on the selected timeframe and location:
Total Staff: This displays the total number of staff who visited the location.
Staff Visits: The line graph that shows the days and visit amounts. Users can hover over the graph to view precise visit days and amounts.
Staff Time Sheets: This is table that is a compiled list of each visit.
The reporting table includes the following information:
- Name of the staff member and their role
- Date of visit with the check-in and check-out time
- The building they visited
- Total number of hours they were in the building
The report will display:
- The timeframe that was selected
- The location that was selected
- The Total Staff number statistic
- The Staff Time Sheet table statistic
