How to Invite Visitors to the Mobile App
Step 1. Navigate to the Visitor Menu.
Step 2. Locate the visitor you want to invite to the mobile app.
Step 3. Select their name to open their profile.
Step 4. Click the 3 dots on the right …> Select Mobile App Invitation.
Step 5. Enter the phone number.
Step 6. Select Send Invite. This will send the user a Text Message notification with a code.
Step 7. The invitee will use the code to create an account in the mobile app. The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
Step 8. Open the app once you've downloaded in to your mobile device.
Step 9. Select Create Account.
Step 10. Use the invite code to create a Visitor Account.
Step 11. Enter an Email Address and create a Password.
Step 12. select Log In.
How to Schedule a Visit
Step 1. Select Schedule a Visit.
Step 2. Select the Date/Time for the visit.
Step 3. Choose a building for the visit.
Step 4. Enter the reason for the visit.
Step 5. Click Schedule Visit.
Step 6. The Visitor will present the QR code given on the app once they have arrived.
