The ability to upload documents and other material to a case enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of the assessment process ultimately leading to a better-informed decision-making process. As long as you are assigned to a case, you can upload attachments.
Throughout reviewing a case, you can upload attachments in the following sections: Assessment Findings, Interviews, Threat Response, Safety Interview, and the Case Safety Plan sections.
In the Teams tab, you can also add attachments to meeting logs.
On the left side of the case screen under “Attachments”, you will be able to view all relevant case attachments and add additional files.
Click “Attachments" > "Files”
To add additional files:
Drag-and-drop a file, or browse to upload.
