How to Receive Case Notifications:
Click Account Settings. This can be found by clicking your name in the top right navigation.
Under Account Settings:
- Click notification preferences.
- Select the Add New Notification. This is the + green button. This will allow you to be notified when a case is opened/closed.
- We recommend you select 0 days so you receive the notification right away.
- Select which process model you would like to be notified for.
- The status of the notification will display if the notification is active or inactive. To reactivate an inactive notification, simply click Activate. To deactivate a notification, click Deactivate.
You can edit and make any changes to the notification by clicking the 3 dots to the right of the notification. You can also add and customize multiple notifications to receive emails and updates for.
How to Set Notification Settings by Case Classification Type:
To activate a Case Classification notification: You can navigate to your notifications. Add or edit a notification. Toggle to the second tab on the notification screenflow for Case Classification Notification.
- Choose which process model you would like to receive notifications for.
- Choose which level of threat classification you would like to be notified for. We recommend turning on notifications for high-level threats. This will be your red and orange classifications.
- Click Add.
