User Permissions:
User must have Manage System Customization permissions to complete the following steps.

Steps Template
- Log into Case Manager.
- Select Admin tab.
- Click Manage Models node and select Templates Models tab.
- Click Create new and select Steps Template.
- The Steps Template allows users to add a button within a section of Custom Content Models or Process Models.
- Once the button is clicked, users are redirected to the full form.
- The Steps Template allows users to add a button within a section of Custom Content Models or Process Models.
- In the Template Details pop up, add information to the following fields:
- Name (Required)
- Description
- Note
- Click Start.
- Click Add CUSTOM FIELDS then drag and drop available Custom Fields Components to build form.
- Once complete, click Save then click Publish.
Component Template
- Log into Case Manager.
- Select Admin tab.
- Click Manage Models node and select Templates Models tab.
- Click Create new and select Component Template.
- The Component Template allows users to add the template as a section in Custom Content Models or Process Models for users to complete.
- In the Template Details pop up, add information to the following fields:
- Name (Required)
- Description
- Note
- Click Proceed.
- Drag and drop available Custom Fields Components to build form.
- Once complete, click Save.
- Click Add to ensure template is an available option in the Components list.
