User Tagging
Learn how to add user tagging to custom process models in Behavioral Case Manager.
What is User Tagging?
User tagging in a Behavioral Case Manager is a feature that allows for the labeling or assignment of specific tags to users within the context of a model. It helps identify the roles or responsibilities of users, which aids in managing workloads and tracking progress. Moreover, user tagging enhances collaboration by clearly designating which team members are associated with particular aspects of a case, thereby improving coordination and communication.
