Volunteer Management - Volunteer Portal
Learn how to Enable or Disable the Volunteer Portal
Note: This functionality is only available if the Volunteer Management module was purchased.
Volunteer Portal
District Admins can set up the needed Admin - Volunteer Management Volunteer Portal settings to enable the Volunteer Portal and set the Portal Logo. This functionality is only available to District Admins, not Building Admins.
- Log into Visitor Management as a District Admin
- Navigate to the Admin Settings by clicking the key icon on the side navigation menu
- Navigate to the Volunteer Management section and click on Volunteer Portal
- Toggle the Portal option to Enable/Disable Volunteer Portal
- If Enable/Disable Volunteer Portal is toggled off:
- User will be able to add a custom Portal Disabled Message for volunteers to see if they attempt to access the Volunteer Portal
- If Enable/Disable Volunteer Portal is toggled on:
- User will be able to add a Portal Logo (Image should be a 96 X 96 JPG or PNG.)
- User will be able to copy the URL link of the Volunteer portal to share out, as needed.
