Minor Volunteers
District Admins and District Volunteer Coordinators can follow the below steps to enable support for minor volunteers (under the age of 18) in Visitor Management:
- Log into Visitor Management as a District Admin or District Volunteer Coordinator
- Navigate to the Admin Settings by clicking the key icon on the side navigation menu
- Navigate to the Volunteer Management section and click on Minor Volunteers
- Use the settings toggle to Enable or Disable Minor Volunteer functionality
- If the Minor Volunteers setting is toggled off (default):
- Users will only be able to add volunteers that are 18 years or older as of the current date
- If the Minor Volunteers setting is toggled on:
- Users will be able to manually add minor volunteers (individually and in bulk) from the Volunteers page.
Note: Once enabled, this setting cannot be disabled until all volunteer profiles tagged as a minor are deleted from Visitor Management.
