Learn how to effectively utilize the Summary Report feature for comprehensive data analysis in this informative guide.

Only Admin Users can view the Summary Report.

 

 

Step 1: Open the Reporting drop down, and select "Summary". 

 

Step 2: Filter the data by school using the drop down in the top right corner. School Admin will only see their school(s). 

 

Step 3: Use the Student graph to compare the number of students and the number of registered users (first time logins) in each grade level. Data can be used to monitor your launch each year.

 

 

Step 4: Use the Logins graph to monitor usage across your district or campus. Filter the data by month in the top right corner of the graph. 

 

Step 5: The Assignments section shows the Total Assignments, Assignments Completed, and Completion Rate. If needed, filter the data by month, grade, or class. 

 

Step 6: View completion data for each lesson under the Lesson header, according to the filters chosen in Step 5. 

 

Step 7: For a more detailed view, click on the completion percentage. A list of students in the selected class or grade level will show in a new tab. Export the results or filter the list further using the Advanced Search. Click Apply after changing any filter settings to refresh the page.
