- Un-feed the Continuous Paper or Labels from the printer.
- Pulling up lightly on the black lever will help release the roller tension to pull the paper out manually.
- Unclip the black fasteners near where the labels feed into the the roller assembly and remove the front panel of the printer.
- Gently pull the grey label guide towards you for better access to the roller.
- Press the feed buttons to help dispel any loose scraps of paper.
- If the labels or continuous paper is wound tightly around the roller, you may need to cut through the labels/paper. Please use extreme caution. Once completed, hold one end of the scraps of paper and press the feed button to remove the paper from the roller.
- Once all visible paper has been removed, run a DYMO Cleaning Card through the roller a few times to pick up any pieces of paper or adhesive residue that might be stuck to the roller.
