Overview
When district or school staff members transition out of key roles, it’s important to ensure that Compass access, responsibilities, and communications are updated promptly. This helps maintain program consistency and prevents interruptions in lesson assignments, reporting, and student support.
✅Notify Navigate360 When:
The Executive Sponsor/Compass Champion leaves the district or school.
→ Email customerservice@navigate360.com letting them know of the change and the new sponsor’s name, title, and contact information.
Navigate360’s Customer Service team will ensure to connect the new Champion or Sponsor with the Account Manager, and confirm all contact information is up to date.
If your district also uses PBIS Rewards, please notify support@pbisrewards.com for any of the same updates regarding Executive Sponsor or Champion changes.
✅What the District or School Can Do Internally:
The Compass Champion or designated district/school admin can manage most user-related updates directly in the platform without contacting Navigate360.
You can perform the following actions internally:
Add new users (if not syncing with Clever or ClassLink)
Edit or Add permissions for users for staff who change roles
Delete or deactivate users who leave the district or school.
Monitor and manage rostering connections (with support from the District IT Contact)
