This article provides instructions on how to set students on/off a hall pass from the Hall Pass tab. Students can be placed on a hall pass from several places, such as:
- the Groups tab (Groups > select a group from “My Group/My Favorites” > select the student name(s) > select “Hall Pass”)
- the Students tab (Students > select the checkbox(es) of the student(s) > “Actions” > “Set Hall Pass On or Off”)
- the Hall Pass tab on the left-side menu, which this article covers *Note: If you do not have the Hall Pass tab on the left-side menu, a PBIS Rewards Admin will need to turn this on for you. A PBIS Rewards Admin must login, select “Settings” from their left-side menu, then click “Hall Pass”. They need to either turn on Overtime Notifications or Scheduled Hall Passes - then click “SAVE” - to make the “Hall Pass” tab available for you and additional staff members on your home pages.
How to set students on/off a hall pass from the Hall Pass tab:
- Login to Navigate360 Hall Pass at: https://hp.navigate360.com/ and click “Hall Pass” on the left-side menu.

2. From here, search for the student's name using the search bar.
*Note: You will have to type in the student's name twice - after searching their name the first time, the page will reload and show you the total students. Search for the student's name a second time.
When the student's name appears, select the student by clicking the checkbox.

3. Once you have selected the student, click “Actions” and select the option “Set Hall Pass On or Off”. The “Actions” tab is where you can also mark a student inactive, absent, or present.

4. Next, select the student’s hall pass location from the list. (At the bottom, you may also enter in an alternative location or click the check mark.)

5. Under the “On Hall Pass” tab, you will see the student is currently set on the hall pass.

6. To set the student off the hall pass, select the student, click “Actions” then select “Set Hall Pass On or Off”.

7. The hall pass for the student will have ended.
