The following options are available for Administrator users:

• Active alarms - shows all active alarms for the organization
• Panic button - users can activate an alarm
• Administration menu
  • History - users can see a history of all alarms for the organization
  • Organization - users can see all of the organization's details
  • Campuses - users can see if any campuses have been setup within the organization
  • Buildings - users can see a list of all buildings within the organization
  • Building Controls - users can see any building controls from outside vendors available for any buildings
  • User Maintenance - users can see a list of all users for the organization and manage those users
  • Phones - users can see any phone numbers attached to any users in the organization
  • Ext/Terminal Mapping - users can see any extensions or terminals attached to users in the organization
  • Door Monitor - users can see a log for any door identified in a building
  • Reports - users can run different reports based on certain criteria
  • Call Connect - users can see any endpoints available for any buildings
  • LDS Admin - Location Discovery System allows users to see what extensions are associated to what rooms in a building
• Alarm details - user can go back to the alarm in EM
• Printable map - will open the map in a new tab for printing
• Lock all doors - will remotely lock all doors - if enabled
• Unlock all doors - will remotely unlock all doors - if enabled
• Acknowledge - users can acknowledge that they've seen the event - acknowledgements will be logged
• Invite guest as police user - user can send an invite to the alarm by filling in the a Name, Email or Phone Number
• Create shareable link - creates a link that can be given to others to access the alarm
• Toggle map icons - can turn icons on/off on the map
• Change notification type - will escalate/de-escalate the alarm to another alarm type
• Move emergency - will move the emergency from one room to another
• Change building - will move the emergency from one building to another
• Close event - will end the current event/alarm
• Comments - can add comments or chat during the alarm

The following options are available for Teacher/Staff (view only or limited access) users:

• Active alarms - shows all active alarms for the organization

The following options are available for Police users (users that are invited by an admin):

  • Tactical - opens map in a tactical grid
  • Clear building - marks rooms as cleared
  • Battleship mode - allows users to mark areas with devices or collection points
  • Safety areas - allows users to turn on/off where the safe areas are located
• Alarm details - user can go back to the alarm in EM
• Printable map - will open the map in a new tab for printing
• Toggle map icons - can turn icons on/off on the map
• Move emergency - will move the emergency from one room to another
• Comments - can add comments or chat during the alarm
