Submitting New Feedback
Please follow the below steps to submit an Enhancement Request:
- Log into your Navigate360 solution.
- Click on the question mark icon in the bottom-right corner of the page to open the Resource Center.

- Select Share Your Feedback from the list to launch the Feedback Portal.

- Click the Enhancement Request button in the top-right corner of the portal.

- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible to help us understand your request.

- Select the Importance of the Enhancement Request:
- Must have
- Nice to have
- Click Submit
Note: Although every request is reviewed by our Product team, not all submissions are guaranteed to be added to the roadmap or released.
Share Additional Feedback in the Portal
- Browse and review ideas in the below sections:
- Gathering Feedback – This section shows ideas we’re considering and gauging interest in.
- On the Roadmap – This section shows ideas we’re planning to develop, but keep in mind that our roadmaps can change.
- In the Works – This section shows ideas that we’re actively developing.
- Released – This section shows ideas that are now available in the application.
- Click on any idea to see more details and/or vote on it's importance to you.
To vote on an idea:
- Click on the idea to open it.
- Select from one of the below options:
- Must have
- Nice to have
- Not interested
- Optionally, you can also add a comment with your vote to provide additional thoughts on the topic.
- Comments that are included when voting will only be visible for the Navigate360 Product team.
- Click Submit.
