Discover each teams role on campus as it enhances overall communication.
Admin Users
- Have access to all tips submitted to any school
- Set up Recipients and at least 1 Contact per school
- Can add to Private Notes (with other Admin or Comm Center)
- Can add to Team Comm (Contacts)
- Can access statistical data and full audit
Recipients
- Typically a school but can also be an agency (like local police department)
- A Recipient is a group of indviduals (Contacts)
Admin Contacts
- Have access to tips submitted or delivered to their Recipient ONLY
- Can add, edit, and delete the Contacts assigned to their Recipient (including permissions for each Contact)
- Can add to Team Comm
- Can access filtered audit
Recipient Contacts
- Have access to tips submitted or delivered to their Recipient ONLY
- Can add to Team Comm
- Can access filtered audit
