Visitor Management allows all users to access the Self-Serve Kiosk link for their building. Please follow the below steps to learn how to access the Self-Serve Kiosk page and open or copy the link:

  1. Log into Visitor Management
  2. Navigate to the Device Settings page by clicking the gear icon on the side navigation menu
  3. Select the Self-Serve Kiosk tab
    1. Click on Open Self-Serve Kiosk Link to directly navigate to the Self-Serve Kiosk Welcome page.
    2. Click on Copy Self-Serve Kiosk Link to copy the link to the Self-Serve Kiosk Welcome page to be opened on another page or machine.

NOTE: In order for this link to be available to all users, a District or Building Admin must enable and configure the needed options on the Self-Serve Setup page in Admin Settings.
