Using 911Cellular Integration with Alarms- EMS
Learn how school district administrators can map alarm types in EMS to 911Cellular integration to ensure PSAPs will be notified of any activated alarm.
Before mapping EMS alarm types to 911Cellular, admins will need to confirm that the 911Cellular integration has been configured successfully.
For assistance configuring the integration, please refer to this knowledge article and reach out to tech@navigate360.com
Mapping an EMS alarm type to a 911Cellular incident type:
Once 911Cellular integration has been successfully configured, EMS alarm types can be mapped to 911Cellular incident types. This will allow an alarm (whether originating from a 911Cellular panic alarm or from the EMS web or mobile app) to be automatically sent to PSAPs and will display as an alarm in both systems. Alarm types in EMS can only be mapped/managed by admins.
911Cellular is an add-on integration for Navigate360's Emergency Management Solution.
