Mobile App - How to Invite Visitors
Learn how to invite users to the mobile app.
District Admin, Building Admins and Staff users can invite existing visitors to use the mobile application in scenarios in which visitors are allowed to schedule visits ahead of time. Once the visitor downloads the application and sets up their account, they are are to then able to schedule visits ahead of time, please click here to learn more.
Steps for District Admin, Building Admin or Staff User:
- Navigate to the Visitor Profile of the Visitor to be invited
- Click the ellipses and select Send Mobile App Invitation
- Enter the phone number
- Select Send Invite. This will send the user a Text Message notification with a code
Steps for Visitor:
- The visitor will receive a text with a code
- The visitor will use the code to create an account in the mobile app
- If needed, the below links can be shared with the visitor:
📳 Access the Android mobile app on Google Play
📳 Access the iOS mobile app on the App Store
- Once the app is downloaded, the visitor will open the app and select Create Account
- The visitor will use the code provided in the text to create a Visitor Account
- The visitor will enter their Email Address and create a password
- The visitor will be able to log into their account
