How to Edit/Delete a Substitute Visit
Learn how to manage Substitute visits.
Edit Substitute Visits
- Log into Visitor Management as a Staff User, District Admin or Building Admin
- Navigate to the Staff page and click on the Visit History tab.
- Locate the Substitute in the list and click on the ellipsis in the Actions column
- Click on Edit Visit
- Update the needed information:
- Check-in time
- Check-out time
- Teacher being Substituted for
- Click Save Changes
Delete Substitute Visits
- Log into Visitor Management as a Staff User, District Admin or Building Admin
- Navigate to the Staff page and click on the Visit History tab.
- Locate the Substitute in the list and click on the ellipsis in the Actions column
- Click on Delete Visit
- Confirm the delete by selecting Delete Visit
- Note: This action cannot be undone
