Back-to-School Checklist
⏹️ Resume SIS syncing & check your rosters. For those accounts who are integrated through Clever or ClassLink, reach out to Navigate360's tech support team at tech@navigate360.com to adjust your launch/SIS sync date. Once your SIS sync has resumed syncing, please check that your rosters appear correct in EMS. Roster data can be accessed by clicking the 3 Dot Actions menu near your name at the bottom left corner of EMS, then clicking Sync. This will open the previous “Manage Your Data” page in a new tab; and from here, the navigation will be exactly the same as it has been in previous years. If roster information is not correct, please verify the information with your SIS administrator. Should further support be needed, please contact Navigate360 Tech Support at tech@navigate360.com.
⏹️ Review all administrators' user profiles in the User Management section of EMS and ensure their role is set to Administrator for their respective buildings/sites. Ensure their Rapid Alarm Settings are also set to administrator if they need the ability to end alarms and view admin-level alarm details in EMS.

Back-to-School Tips & Tricks
The 2024-25 back-to-school season will be here before you know it! Our product experts have created these helpful tips to help you start the new school year off right!
🔹 Set up your drills for the new school year
You can use this feature to schedule and track drills on the drills dashboard, and you can set users up to receive reminders.
Learn more about Drills using this getting started guide.
🔹 Do you have information you commonly capture on forms in your district, like accident forms or after-action reports?
Use the Assess feature's form creation tool to build them in the Emergency Management Suite, where users can complete them efficiently in one location.
Learn more about Assess using this getting started guide.
🔹 Have you explored the new Rapid Alarm feature?
Rapid Alarm is the new feature replacing Respond. Rapid Alarm enables users to manage all aspects of an emergency alarm, or a drill or training alarm. All users can activate a practice (drill or training) alarm directly from Rapid Alarm in the web & mobile application. Administrators can view a dashboard of active & past alarms, and can configure alarm settings all within Rapid Alarm. Any active alarm will now include Roll Call for student & staff accountability; and Reunification as part of the alarm details.
For additional information on Rapid Alarm and the enhanced alarm management capabilities, refer to our knowledge base folder for Rapid Alarm.
